It is a fact 90% of jiva souls NEVER leave Vaikuntha or Goloka-Vrindavana however, it is also a fact less than 10% DO choose to leave as Srila Prabhupada has explained to us. This is because all jiva souls have free will as part of their eternal constitution, therefore one is able to make THEIR OWN choices, ESPECIALLY in Vaikuntha or Goloka-Vrindavana where the jiva souls experience the full potential of their marginal spiritual identity.

Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu has predicted that a 10,000 year Golden Age will begin within Kali-yuga. Srila Prabhupada has said ‘’everyone’’ can become a devotee of Krishna within this special Golden Age period, in this Kali-yuga, of Lord Caitanya predicted Srila Prabhupada - ''If you can propagate Kṛṣṇa consciousness constantly, then, by spreading this Kṛṣṇa consciousness movement, you can make the whole world Kṛṣṇa conscious, and then it will be Vaikuṇṭha''. (Śrī Caitanya-caritāmṛta, Ādi-līlā 1.8 Māyāpur, April 1, 1975) Srila Prabhupada says - ''In this present day, man is very eager to have one scripture, one God, one religion, and one occupation. So let there be one common scripture for the whole world–Bhagavad-gita. And let there be one God only for the whole world–Sri Krsna. And one mantra only – Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare/ Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. And let there be one work only–the service of the Supreme Personality of Godhead.
