"Free will" for the individual jiva-souls is eternally sanctioned by Krsna the Supreme Personality of Godhead and cause of all causes, for the purpose of allowing voluntarily unique contributions from His dear devotees.

Love can never be experienced by just "one," there must be "two" involved in an open "two-way" exchange of personal expressions and offerings, otherwise the individual jiva-souls are no better than none contributing mindless dead stone Prabhupada has warned us.

Krsna first gives His sanction to the individual jiva-souls (marginal living entities) so they can have their unique freedom (free will)

So how do we understand that in Krsna's creation the individual jiva-souls have the freedom to do what they want, even rejecting Krsna if they choose?

The fact is, the individual jiva-souls always have their "free will" eternally in the Vaikuntha planets and Goloka-Vrindavan for the simple reason that without free will, and the unique ability to choose for themselves as an independent person involved voluntarily in a "two-way" relationship of loving exchanges and cooperation, then reciprocal progressive love with Krsna is not possible.

This is why Krsna always allows "free will" to be part and parcel of the constitutional makeup of the individual jiva-souls (marginal living entities).

Furthermore, there was never a time where Krsna never granted this freedom (free will) for the individual jiva-souls because only by having free will in their own unique way, can one express themselves in a voluntary way that is the only way to allow loving exchanges to grow, expand and flourish.

Srila Prabhupada - "In the spiritual world how one wants to associate with Kṛṣṇa is voluntary, some devotees want to serve Krsna as flower; so they become flower there. If I want that, to be a flower I shall lie down at the lotus feet of Krsna, then he become flower, voluntarily, and he can change his, from flower to human body. That is spiritual life. There is no restriction. If some devotee wants to serve Krsna as cow, he serves Krsna as cow, as calf, as flower, as plant, as water, as ground, field, or as father, as mother, as friend, as beloved, anything. It is inconceivable, yet a fact." (SB, Canto 6 Ch 1 text 1-4, Melb, Australia May 20, 1975)

Ultimately, it is by Krsna's will and favour the individual jiva-souls (marginal living entities) have this "free will" because they are expansions of Krsna who also has free will.

Krsna is the Supreme Personality of Godhead and cause of all causes, meaning He is the Supreme controller of all things which means nothing can take place without His sanction and approval first.

"Not a blade of grass can move without the will of the Lord"

Krsna always allows "free will" for His devotees for the purpose of eternally giving them (the individual jiva-souls) the opportunity to voluntarily contribute in their own unique way their own offerings to Krsna out of love.

This means an independent mood of self expression with unique personal exchanges are forever expressed and offered to Krsna by the individual jiva-souls, which means they can always be thoughtful cooperative contributing individual persons if they choose.

The fact is, real love can never be a "one-sided" or "one-way" dictatorship.

Genuine love is always based on a continuous building of loving relationships based on "two-way" loving exchanges and reciprocation as said above.

Love is only possible between "two," between Krsna and His individual devotees as explained above, always expressed in a "two-way" cooperative mood of loving reciprocation and exchanges.

Therefore, the individual jiva-souls in the spiritual world's of the Vaikuntha planets and Goloka-Vrindavana, are never denied "free will" by Krsna, they eternally have their own personality, character and unique individual sense of self.

For those who are denied "free will," they will only experience mindless cold emotions as a loveless drone in an impersonal Kingdom.

If the individual jiva-souls every thoughts and actions are fully controlled by their so called God or supreme leader, who denies personal contributions, then that makes them no better than dead useless stone and impersonalists.

So having "free will" is always part and parcel of the marginal living entities eternal spiritual constitution in the spiritual world.

If Krsna had absolute control over all the marginal living entities (jiva-souls) in the spiritual world, denying individual contributions and independent thought explained above, then the "Kingdom of God" would be an impersonalists mindless loveless useless unproductive paradise!

Therefore, ultimately within the most intense loving emotional exchanges between Krsna and the individual jiva-souls, there is always free will, there are always individual choices of expressions and personal offerings because without free will, there can never be any loving voluntary exchanges on a two-way street that create good feelings on both sides.

If the individual jiva-souls do not have the freedom to think for themselves independently, then how can voluntary loving exchanges exist?

Voluntary service and loving exchanges with Krsna is based on free will.

A loving relationship with Krsna is not possible without free will because loving exchanges are a very personal unique expression of feelings shared voluntary with one's beloved.

This is the gateway for the individual jiva-souls to surrender to Krsna, that is only possible when a "two-way" exchange of loving reciprocation and cooperation exists between Krsna and the individual jiva-souls, such intelligent mutual respect is the real meaning of surrender.

Srila Prabhupada - "Surrender BY your intelligence but don't surrender your intelligence." (Letter to Bali Mardan 1974)

Without having "choices," the individual jiva-soul's relationship with Krsna is impersonal and mindless, there can be no question of loving exchanges without free will as explained above.

This is because if it is just a "one-sided affair" with no input from the individual jiva-souls, then how can their be genuine loving exchanges?

This idea of Krsna completely taking over the individual jiva-soul's free will, in the name of surrender, and denying any independent thoughful voluntary contributions from the individual jiva-souls, is nonsense impersonalism that many foolish bogus so called spiritual gurus teach and cheat their naive disciples with.

Loving exchanges are only possible when it is allowed to be governed by self-expression in a reciprocal relationship between "two individuals," the individual jiva-souls and Krsna the Supreme Personality of Godhead and cause of all causes.

This loving reciprocation is always expressed in its full potential in the Vaikuntha planets and Goloka Vrindavan, but serverly covered in the material creation where free will is suppressed and almost none existant in the human species.

And certainly not in the lower species of life in the material creation where the instincts of-

eating,

sleeping,

mating,

defending.

All the above control the individual jiva-souls who are trapped in a decaying material bodily vessel in the lower species of life.

Karma is not created in the lower species of life, or on the hellish and heavenly planets and free will also does not exist in the lower species of material life.

This means 8 million species of life are unable to express free will and also can never create karma.

Only humans on the middle planetary systems (Bhurloka), a variety of 400,000 species, does minute free will exist and karma created.

Also, it is foolish and total nonsense to think Krsna overides and extinguishes the individual jiva-soul's "free will" and individuality when they enter the Vaikuntha planets and Goloka Vrindavan.

One should understand that being part and parcel of Krsna means the individual jiva-souls can etenally make independent choices for themselves on the Vaikuntha planets and in Goloka Vrindavan while serving Visnu and Krsna, or can even choose to reject Viṣṇu and Krsna if they want.

Many immature devotees still do not understood this properly today because they foolishly believe "surrender" means allowing Krsna to take over your every thought, deeds, actions and free will.

Srila Prabhupada - "Unless there is a possibility of misusing our free will, there is no question of freedom." (Dialectical Spiritualism, Critique of Descartes)

The fact is, real love (prema) or devotional service is only possible when there is creative voluntary contributions offered to Krsna by the individual jiva-souls.

Surrendering to Krsna does not mean extinguishing your individuality, sense of self or free will.

Love can never be experienced by just one, not even by Krsna, even He had to divide Himself into two (Radha and Kṛṣṇa) just to experience loving exchanges and reciprocation with another.

So let's be clear, loving relationships in the spiritual world are always based on the reciprocation between "two" because love can only exist when there is a caring respectful nurturing relationship between two, between Kṛṣṇa and His disciples the individual jiva-souls.

Srila Prabhupāda – "Unless there are two persons, where is the question of love? Love means two persons, then there is exchange, then there is love. I must deal with you open-hearted, you must deal with me open-hearted, then there is love. So if you want to love Kṛṣṇa, God, then these things must be there." (Aug 9, 1976, Tehran)

Srila Prabhupada – "So, everyone can know that independence means one can use it properly, or one can misuse it. That is independence. If you make it one way only, that is not independence, that is force." (Los Angeles, June 23, 1975)

Ultimately, each individual jiva-soul is a unique person as a spiritual bodily form who can choose for themselves how to voluntarily serve Krsna the Supreme Personality of Godhead and cause of all causes, or ignore Him if they want.

Unless this is allowed by Kṛṣṇa, then there can be no possibility of free will ever existing. In other words, both scenarios must be allowed if real freedom or free will is to truly exist.

As Prabhupada explains, Krsna never forces you to surrender to Him, never forces you to love Him, that must be voluntary otherwise genuine love can never exist.

Srila Prabhupada – "Krsna never forces you to love Him, that must be voluntary." (Melb, Australia June 25, 1974)

Srila Prabhupada – "Love is reciprocal, voluntary, good exchange of feeling. Then there is love. Not by force, no, Krsna does not want to become a lover like that." (July 8, 1976)

Krsna never interferes with the free will of the individual jiva-souls.

Srila Prabhupada - "As soon as we try, "Oh, this material world is very nice," "Yes," Kṛṣṇa says, "yes, you go", otherwise what is the meaning of free will? Every living entity has got a little free will. And Kṛṣṇa is so kind, He gives him opportunity, "All right, you enjoy like this." It is free will." (Morning Walk At Cheviot Hills Golf Course, May 13, 1973, Los Angeles)

Krsna allows the individual jiva-souls to be independent persons with their own unique personality because only then can they voluntarily contribute in their relationship with Krsna in a "two-way" exchange of loving reciprocation and service.

As Prabhupada has also said, having free will also means the individual jiva-souls can reject Krsna too if they choose. As said above, free will must also include that the individual jiva-souls can reject Kṛṣṇa if they choose.

As explained above, Krsna allows the individual jiva-souls to have their freedom because it allows them to voluntarily express themselves in their own unique way as an individual.

In this way one's association with Krsna is always a "two-way" relationship.

This is better than being surrounded by "individual jiva-souls" who are "mindless drones" impersonally programmed to worship Krsna without personal contributions and individual inputs.

Such an impersonal "one-sided" relationship is not love at all, real love can never exist on a "one-way" street, which is a "one-sided" domineering dictatorship.

Real love can only exist between "two persons" in a "two-way" relationship of loving exchanges, cooperation and reciprocation.

If Krsna surrounded Himself with none thinking contributing individual jiva-souls He does all the thinking for, then how can there be love? Love means two, not one! Such oneness is impersonalism

The individual jiva-souls are independent marginal living entities who can surrender and love Krsna in their own unique way, supported by Krsna.

Krsna does not force His dominance over the individual jiva-souls like a puppet master controls his puppets with impersonal strings.

It is complete nonsense to think "surrender" means only Krsna controls all loving emotions and expressions between Himself and the individual jiva-souls, and overrides their free will, independence, individuality and voluntary contributions, by choosing everything for them once they enter the spiritual world's of the Vaikuntha planets and Goloka-Vrindavana.

Actually, this kind of mindless impersonal "surrender" is spiritual suicide to a Vaisnava. That kind of forceful dominance over the individual jiva-souls is Mayavadi impersonalism!

Therefore, to say the individual jiva-souls can never choose to fall down from the Vaikuntha planets and Goloka-Vrindavan is also nonsense because they have a choice, to stay with Krsna, or leave Krsna, always.

Although, Prabhupada told us that only less than 10% of individual jiva-souls make that choice to leave the Vaikuntha planets and Goloka-Vrindavan, while the rest (over 90%) do not choose to fall down to the temporary material mundane world.

It is the individual jiva-souls who can decide, who eternally have a choice too that Krsna allows, just so they can experience their full freedom that includes rejecting Krsna if they want.

Srila Prabhupada – "You have got little independence therefore you can violate. Because you are part and parcel of God you have got independence, proportionately, that independence has to be accepted, little independence, we can misuse that." (Mayapur, Feb 19, 1976)

Krsna never surrounds Himself with mindless drones programmed just to love Him unconditionally, no, Krsna does not want emotionally stagnant servants like that who can never voluntary contribute to their relationship with Krsna.

We are all unique individual jiva-souls who each have a unique individual sense of self that can voluntarily contribute to one's relationship with Krsna.

Each individual jiva-soul is able to voluntarily provide their own unique offerings in their own personal individual way to Krsna. This is what "personalism" means.

Therefore, only through reciprocation and loving exchanges between Krsna and the individual jiva-souls, is what makes selfless love (Krsnaprema) real on the Vaikuntha planets and Goloka-Vrindavana, and remaing there.

The individual jiva-souls are expansions of Krsna but with minor independent qualities that allows them to express themselves with their own voluntary actions based on free will in their own way.

The individual jiva-souls are endowed with independence, and an individual unique personality that enables them to experience their independent personality separate from Krsna's Divine Personality.

Krsna allows this freedom (free will) to exist with His individual jiva-souls because He wants them to experience "a sense of independent self" that allows them to have feelings, voluntarily contribute in their own way, and experience loving exchanges with Krsna as an independent person.

Loving exchanges are only possible between "two," the individual jiva-souls and Kṛṣṇa.

Srila Prabhupada - "Love means you take and you give also. Suppose if you love somebody and you simply take from him, but you don't give. Oh, do you think it is very good? No. It is not good. That is not love. That is exploitation. If I go on simply taking from you, and if I don't offer you anything, that is simply exploitation." (Lecture BG, Ch 9 text 2-5, New York City, Nov 23, 1966)

This however, does not means the individual jiva-souls are fully independent from Krsna's control, no, that is not possible because Krsna is behind everything in His creation, He is the Supreme Personality of Godhead and cause of all causes.

At all times, the individual jiva-souls are always dependent on Krsna, even while eternally experiencing their independence nature.

So, the individual jiva-souls are always independent individual living entities yet simultaneously fully depend on Krsna and His Visnu-tattva expansions in both the spiritual worlds and material worlds at all times.

So, even though the individual jiva-souls are an expansion of Krsna, the individual jiva-souls are not "one" with Krsna's Personality because they have their own independent, unique personality as explained above.

The loving expressions between Krsna and His more direct Visnu-tattva expansions are different from His relationship with the individual jiva-souls.

The fact is all Visnu-tattva expansions of Krsna are Krsna just playing another role in His own pastimes.

Surrender to Krsna never extinguishes the individual jiva-souls ability of having self-expression, individuality, and a unique personality separate from Krsna's Personality.

The Vaikuntha planets and Goloka-Vrindavana are the Kingdoms of God, where the individual jiva-soul's independent identity and personal contributions enables them to make voluntary ''personal choices'' in their offerings to Visnu or Krsna in the spirit of reciprocation and loving selfless exchanges.

Love in this way is the "highest meaning of independent thinking" by "choosing" to voluntary be fully dependent on Krsna in the mood of devotional loving exchanges.

Love can only exist when their are exchanges between two, love can never exist with just one! Such "oneness" is nonsense impersonalism as explained above.

Therefore, surrendering to Krsna never extinguishes the individual jiva-soul's ability of self-expression, individuality, or their unique personality.

Loving exchanges between Krsna and the individual jiva-souls are the highest meanings of independent expressions and actions in genuine devotional service.

Love can only exist when their are voluntary exchanges between two, love can never exist with just one as explained here by Prabhupada-

Srila Prabhupada - "The impersonalist philosophy is oneness, so how there be love with just one? Is it possible? Have you got any such experience that love means one? No. Love means two. There must be two, the lover and the beloved. Kṛṣṇa is already lover. He loves you so much that He's trying to get you back. That is Kṛṣṇa's attempt. "Please, My dear boy, or My dear friend, My dear servant." (SB, Canto 2 Ch 1 text 3, Paris, June 12, 1974)

Srila Prabhupada - "We have got the propensity to love. Love means somebody else. Love cannot be one or love cannot be executed by only one, there must be two. I love somebody; somebody loves me, there must be lover, there must be beloved, and the transaction, then love." (SB, Canto 1 Ch 2 text 6, Delhi, Nov 12, 1973)

Love can only exist when their are exchanges between two, love can never exist when there is just one.

The spiritual world is full of unlimited variety and variegatedness, therefore Krsna only wants those who actually voluntarily choose to be with Him and serve Him.

Real love is reciprocal and can only exist between two, it is never a "one-way street" where surrender to Krsna takes away one's unique ability of self-expression and voluntary service, that will only make one no better than dead stone.

As explained above, in this mundane material temporary world, it is not possible to experience "free will" in its full potential, in fact, the concept of "free will" is almost no existent. It is only possible on the Vaikuntha planets and in Goloka Vrindavan.

Our only education should be being trained up from a very young age to go back home back to Godhead and not try or plan to make these decaying temporary material worlds of suffering our home.**==.
