Krsna is the Supreme "Person" and the cause of all causes.

God (Krsna) is not only an all-pervading consciousness or the impersonal Brahmajyoti, no, Krsna (God) is also simultaneously the Supreme individual "PERSON," as an eternal bodily Form.

Only Krsna has 64 qualities in full all the time because He is the original Supreme Personality of Godhead and cause of all causes.

From Kṛṣṇa’s first expansion, Balarama, do all Visnu-tattva expansions manifest. Kṛṣṇa as His original form never leaves Vṛndāvana.

All of Krsna’s pastimes in the material creation are carried out by Krsna's first Visnu-tattva expansion Balarama.

Krsna as His original form never leaves Vṛndāvana.

Srila Prabhupada - "The original Lord Kṛṣṇa never leaves Goloka Vṛndāvana. All the plenary expansions are one and the same Viṣṇu-tattva, and there is no difference in Their potency." (SB Canto 3 Ch 1 Text 34)

Srila Prabhupada - "Kṛṣṇa is the original Supreme Personality of Godhead, and Baladeva (Balarama) is Kṛṣṇa's immediate expansion. Because Kṛṣṇa NEVER leaves Vṛndāvana, all the forms of Kṛṣṇa that appear elsewhere are His expansions." (BG, As It Is Ch 10 Text 37)

The Visnu-tattva (Visnu/Narayana) expansions of Krsna, who are also God, have only 60 of Krsna's 64 attributes or 93.75% of Krsna's qualities.

The word "Hindu" is not found in Vedic texts because it is an alien word introduced by European and Islamic invaders to the Indian sub-continent around 2,500 to 1,500 years ago.

Krsna is not an expansion of Visnu as many Hindus wrongly believe today. Krsna in Vrindavan is the original form of God not Visnu.

The fact is Krsna is the original Supreme Personality of Godhead and cause of all causes from who all Visnu forms originate from.

The 4 qualities or attributes Visnu or Narayana do not have in full all the time are as follows-

(1) Krsna is the performer of wonderful varieties of pastimes (especially His childhood pastimes)

(2) Krsna is surrounded by devotees endowed with wonderful love of Godhead.

(3) Krsna can attract all living entities all over the universes by playing on His flute.

(4) Krsna has a wonderful excellence of beauty which can not be rivalled anywhere in the creation.

These four qualities out of Krsna's 64 attributes are important to understand because, as said, not even Visnu/Narayana forms of God have them in full, only sometimes exhibited partially.

All expansions of Krsna are His "sakti energies" both living entities and dead matter.

Srila Prabhupada - "Sakti means the energy of Krsna." (SB, Canto 4 Ch 6 text 43)

But there are different categories of Krsna's sakti energy

1 - Visnu-tattva expansions have 60 qualities out of Krsna's 64 attributes which is 93.75 of Krsna's 100% qualities.

2 - Other sakti-tattva categories who are also Visnu-tattva are Kṛṣṇa's internal potency or energy representing headed by Srimati Radharani who is Krsna's direct and intimate expansion.

When Kṛṣṇa wanted to experience loving exchanges with a women He created Srimati Radharani.

Radharani is also known as "Visnu-"sakti"-tattva who has 93.75% of Krsna's qualities, which is having 60 of Krsna's 64 qualities.

3 - Siva-tattva have 55 qualities of Krsna's 64 qualities which is 85.938% of Krsna's qualities.

4 - The marginal living entities, jiva-tattva (jiva-souls) have 50 qualities of Krsna's 64 qualities, which is 78.125% of Krsna's qualities.

5 - The mahat-tattva (material energy) is also Kṛṣṇa's non-living sakti energy found in the temporary material creation and under the jurisdiction of Maha-Visnu. (an expansion of Balarama, Krsna's first expansion)

The difference between Krsna (64 qualities) and Visnu/Narayana (60 qualities) are the four extra qualities that only Krsna has in full all the time.

The full extent of Krsna's wonderful qualities or attributes is inconceivable.

Here are Krsna's 64 qualities or attributes-

(1) Beautiful features of the entire body.

(2) Marked with all auspicious characteristics.

(3) Extremely pleasing.

(4) Effulgent.

(5) Strong.

(6) Ever youthful.

(7) Wonderful linguist.

(8Truthful.

(9) Talks pleasingly.

(10) Fluent.

(11) Highly learned.

(12) Highly intelligent.

(13) Genius.

(14) Artistic.

(15) Extremely clever.

(16) Expert.

(17) Grateful.

(18) Firmly determined.

(19) An expert judge of time and circumstances.

(20) Sees and speaks on the authority of Vedas (scriptures)

(21) Pure.

(22) Self-controlled.

(23) Steadfast.

(24) Forbearing.

(25) Forgiving.

(26) Grave.

(27) Self-satisfied.

(28) Possessing equilibrium.

(29) Magnanimous.

(30) Religious.

(31) Heroic.

(32) Compassionate.

(33) Respectful.

(34) Gentle.

(35) Liberal.

(36) Shy.

(37) The protector of surrendered souls.

(38) Happy.

(39) The well-wisher of devotees.

(41) all-auspicious.

(42) Most powerful.

(43) all-famous.

(48) all-opulent.

(49) all-honourable.

(50) The supreme controller.

(51) Changeless.

(52) all-cognizant.

(53) Ever fresh.

(54) sat-cit-ananda-vigraha which means eternity, knowledge, bliss and form. Kṛṣṇa (God) always expresses Him as both an all-pervasive energy, and as an eternal PERSON.

(55) Possessing all mystic perfections.

(56) He has inconceivable potency.

(57) Uncountable universes generate from His body.

(58) He is the original source of all incarnations.

(59) He is the giver of salvation to the enemies whom He kills.

(60) He is the attractor of liberated souls.

As explained above, besides these sixty transcendental qualities, Krsna has four more not manifested even in the Visnu/Narayana form of Godhead, what to speak of the demigods or living entities which are-

(61) He is the performer of wonderful varieties of pastimes (especially His childhood pastimes).

(62) He is surrounded by devotees endowed with wonderful love of Godhead.

(63) He can attract all living entities all over the universes by playing on His flute.

(64) He has a wonderful excellence of beauty that can not be rivalled anywhere in the creation.

The Absolute Truth Lord Krsna is anandamaya (desiring to increase His joy), hence, from Krsna's original form, He expands and becomes many.

These emanations from the Supreme Person are of two categories: full expansions and partially manifested expansions.

The Lord's various full and partial expansions and the Lord Himself simultaneously co-exist, only appearing to manifest under the influence of time.

These expansions of Krsna are known as Visnu-tattva Forms of God, and they are also the Supreme Absolute Truth such as-

Balarama,
Vāsudeva,
Saṅkarṣaṇa,
Pradyumna,
Aniruddha
Ramachandra,
Narsingadeva,
Narayana,
Visnu,
Maha-Visnu,
Garbhodakashayi Visnu,
Paramatma, etc.

And then there is Radharani and many other inhabitants including many gopis and gopas who are technically Radha and Krsna (Visnu-tattva) playing different roles in Their own Vrindavana pastimes alongside the jiva-souls.

All Visnu-tattvas and other sakti-tattvas like Srimati Radharani accept their own role in the mood of Servitor to the "original" Supreme Being Lord Krsna.

For example, Visnu and Narayana Forms are known by many different names on their particular Vaikuntha Planet in the Spiritual sky.

This relationship is the foundation of Vedic monotheism, which encompasses the inconceivable, absolute personal nature of the original Godhead.

As explained above, Lord Krsna possesses two other expansive qualities known as Siva-tattva and jiva-tattva (jiva-souls).

Together with Visnu-tattva and the intimate "sakti"-tattva forms (mostly Visnu-tattva), these four personalities are representative of the Absolute Person's (Krsna's) internal, external, and marginal energies.

The Lord expands Himself as Lord Siva and Lord Brahma, and the marginal living entities (jiva-souls) are also expansions.

Lord Brahma is also jiva-tattva or jiva-soul (78.125%)

Lord Siva is between Visnu-tattva and jiva-tattva [jiva-soul] (85.938%)

Lord Visnu/Narayana is Visnu-tattva (93.75%)

Kṛṣṇa's internal potency or energy is headed by Srimati Radharani who is Krsna's direct and intimate expansion.

When Krsna desired to experience loving affection and exchanges with a woman, He expanded Himself as Srimati Radharani, who is none different than Krsna.

Visnu-tattva and jiva-tattva are different categories of living entities, the first is a direct expansion, the second is a separated expansion, but are all both expansions of the Supreme Personality of Godhead Lord Krsna.

Therefore, as a reminder, we can summarize as follows-

Lord Krsna has all His 64 qualities (100%)

Visnu-tattva direct expansions has 60 qualities of Krsna's 64 attributes (93.75%)

Siva-tattva has 55 qualities of Krsna's 64 attributes (85.938%)

The marginal living entities or jiva-tattva (jiva-souls) are Krsna's "separate" expansions and has 50 qualities of Krsna's 64 attributes (78.125%)

Srila Prabhupada - "The "immediate" expansions of the Lord are called svāṁśa or "personal direct" expansions (known as Visnu-tattva, where the Lord Himself plays a different role in His own pastimes). The "separated" expansions of the Krsna are called vibhinnāṁśa (marginal living entities or jiva-souls endowed with independence and free will) like us." (BG 10.37, Purport)

Srila Prabhupada - "We (the jiva-souls) are marginal energy (jiva-souls) Marginal means sometimes internal, sometimes external. When we are under the internal energy, that is our normal life, and when we are under the external energy, that is our abnormal life. Therefore, we are called marginal energy (jiva-souls); we can be either this way or that way. But being qualitatively one with the purusa, our tendency is to remain in the internal energy. Being in the external energy is our artificial attempt." (Letter to Lilavati, Allston, Mass 25 April, 1969)

Srila Prabhupada - "You are also energy; you are marginal energy (jiva-soul) Marginal energy means you (the jiva-souls) may be under the control of the spiritual energy or you may be under the control of material energy—your marginal position. But when you are under the control of the material energy, that is your precarious condition, struggle for existence. And when you are under spiritual energy, that is your life of freedom." (Intro BG As It Is, Los Angeles, Nov 23, 1968)

All jiva-souls like Krsna, is an eternal spiritual bodily form.

HERE HERE HERE HERE.

It is important to understand there is no such thing as new jiva-souls being created because they have ALWAYS existed and were NEVER created as Bhagavad Gita explains.

Bhagavad Gita As It Is Chapter 2, Verse 12

"Never was there a time when I did not exist, nor you, nor all these kings; nor in the future shall any of us cease to be." (BG 2.12)

Bhagavad Gita As It Is "1983 corrected edition," Chapter 2 text 20-

"For the soul there is neither birth nor death at any time. He has not come into being, does not come into being, and will not come into being. He is unborn, eternal, ever-existing and primeval. He is not slain when the body is slain." (BG, Ch 2 text 20 "corrected" 1983 edition)

This is the reason why Krsna is called Param Purushottam, Purnavatar or Supreme Personality of Godhead and cause of all causes.

Srila Prabhupada - "Learned scholars in transcendental subjects have carefully analyzed the summum bonum Krsna to have sixty-four principal attributes. All the expansions or categories of the Lord possess only some percentages of these attributes. But Sri Krsna is the possessor of the attributes cent percent. His personal expansions such as svayam-prakasa, tad-ekatma up to the categories of the avataras who are all visnu-tattva, possess up to 93.75% of these transcendental attributes." (SB Canto 1 Ch 3 text 29)

Lord Siva is neither avatara nor avesa, nor in between them; he possesses 85.938% of Krsna's attributes (having 55 qualities out of Krsna's 64 qualities).

The jiva-souls or the individual marginal living entities, possess up to the limit of 78.125% of Krsns's attributes.

The jiva-souls can never be Visnu-tattva (God) or Siva-tattva.

Siva is Kṛṣṇa's greatest devotee in a mysterious category of his own. Siva-tattva is not Visnu-tattva (God) or jiva-tattva (the jivat-soul) Siva has 55 of Krsna's 64 qualities which is 85.938%.

In the conditioned state of material existence, the marginal living entities (jiva-souls) exhibit up to 50 of Krsna's 64 attributes in very minute quantity in the material creation, varying in terms of the pious and impious life of the living being.

Only in the spiritual world are the jiva-soul's full potential fully experienced.

The most perfect of living beings in this material universe is Brahma, the supreme administrator of each material universe deep inside their surrounding Brahmanda greater universe.

Lord Brahma, who is also jiva-tattva, possesses 78.125% per cent of Krsna's 100% attributes, he cannot possess anymore than.

All the demigods except Siva have only 78.125% attributes or have 50 of Krsna's 64 qualities also.

All jiva-souls trapped in the 8 million 400 thousand species of material life, also possess these same attributes in their full potential in the spiritual world but presently covered by material energy.

The standard of perfection for a human form of life is to realize their full potential as the jiva-soul within the material body that has of 78.125% of Krsna's quantities.

The marginal living entities or jiva-souls can never possess attributes like Siva, Visnu, Radharani, Balarama or Lord Krsna.

The marginal living entities (jiva-souls) can become godly by developing their full potential of 78.125% of Krsna's qualities however, they can never become a God like Krsna or Visnu (93.75%), or a Siva (Siva-tattva) who has 85.938% of Krsns's qualities.

Although the individual jiva-souls can become a Lord Brahma in due course, they can never become Visnu or Siva.

The godly living beings who are all residents of the Vaikuntha planets in the spiritual sky are eternal associates of Visnu in different spiritual planets called Hari-dhama and Mahesa-dhama.

However, the abode of Lord Krsna Goloka-Vrindavana is above all the Vaikuntha planets and is called Krsnaloka or Goloka Vrndavana.

The marginal living entity (jiva-soul) can develop 78.125% of the above attributes in full, which is their full potential; they can never become Krsna or Visnu.

By reaching their full potential of 78.125%, the jiva-souls can again enter the planet of Krsna-loka (Goloka-Vrindavana) or the Vaikuntha planets after leaving their present decaying material bodily vessel in the material creation.

Bhagavad Purana (Srimad Bhagavatam) Canto I Ch 3 text 28

TEXT 28

ete cāṁśa-kalāḥ puṁsaḥ
kṛṣṇas tu bhagavān svayam
indrāri-vyākulaṁ lokaṁ
mṛḍayanti yuge yuge

Translation

All of the incarnations are either plenary portions or portions of the plenary portions of the Lord, but Lord Śrī Kṛṣṇa is the original Personality of Godhead. All of them appear on planets whenever there is a disturbance created by the atheists. The Lord incarnates to protect the theists.

Purport by Srila Prabhupada

Learned scholars in transcendental subjects have carefully analyzed the summum bonum Kṛṣṇa to have sixty-four principal attributes.

All the expansions or categories of the Lord possess only some percentages of these attributes. But Śrī Kṛṣṇa is the possessor of the attributes cent percent.

And His personal expansions such as svayam-prakāśa, tad-ekātmā up to the categories of the avatāras who are all viṣṇu-tattva, possess up to ninety-three percent of these transcendental attributes.

Lord Śiva, who is neither avatāra nor āveśa nor in between them, possesses almost eighty-four percent of the attributes.

But the jīvas, or the individual living beings in different statuses of life, possess up to the limit of seventy-eight percent of the attributes. In the conditioned state of material existence, the living being possesses these attributes in very minute quantity, varying in terms of the pious life of the living being.

The most perfect of living beings is Brahmā, the supreme administrator of one universe. He possesses seventy-eight percent of the attributes in full.

All other demigods have the same attributes in less quantity, whereas human beings possess the attributes in very minute quantity. The standard of perfection for a human being is to develop the attributes up to seventy-eight percent in full.

The living being can never possess attributes like Śiva, Viṣṇu or Lord Kṛṣṇa. A living being can become godly by developing the seventy-eight-percent transcendental attributes in fullness, but he can never become a God like Śiva, Viṣṇu or Kṛṣṇa. He can become a Brahmā in due course.

The godly living beings who are all residents of the planets in the spiritual sky are eternal associates of God in different spiritual planets called Hari-dhāma and Maheśa-dhāma.

The abode of Lord Kṛṣṇa above all spiritual planets is called Kṛṣṇaloka or Goloka Vṛndāvana, and the perfected living being, by developing seventy-eight percent of the above attributes in fullness, can enter the planet of Kṛṣṇaloka after leaving the present material body."**
